Consumer revenge is just soooo sweet.
I think I mentioned this before on one of my earlier blogs...
Everytime the banks decide to charge you £35 or in some case £40 for a bounced chq or going overdrawn - they are taking the piss out of you.
Grow some balls - and go fight them.
You are ENTITLED to that money back!
You can claim up to SIX years back.... That's a whole lot of wonga!
I have 3 claims currently ongoing.
Lloyds TSB are the worst and really know how to drag their feet. It's almost an art form.
However - see you in court on Tuesday Lloyds!!
RBS Bank - Rolled over today and got spanked by me today.
I got the cheque this morning - full settlement; once they saw the court letter on their door mat.
MBNA - Have offered me half what they owe me as a 'goodwill gesture'.
Goodwill my arse. Pay up what you owe in full you sneaky bastards OR i'll see you in court fellas.
To put this simply...
NO ONE WHO HAS CLAIMED HAS EVER LOST. FACT!
The Banks CANNOT FIGHT THIS!
yet.
Claim back your money today.
Sites below will walk you through it all whilst holding your hand, it's soooooo easy.
Don't let the banks pimp you no more.
Go get ya money y'all!

UPDATE: I won in court. Yay!
I just have to pursue LLOYDS until they pay up now.. But the court ruled in my favour... So bring it on Lloyds. Your butt is mine!
Sorry to burst your bubble hun but the latest is that not all cases will be successful: http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/campaigns/bankcharges/article.html?in_article_id=420360&in_page_id=507
Lloyds have won in Court and the decision has potentially jeopardised literally thousands of prospective claims. Still up in the air at the mo, so watch this space.
I read about this too over a weekend newspaper.
No bubble burst for me - it has to be said!!
A) This has not set any precedent
B) The claimant shot himself in the foot baecause basically he was a numbnut and answered incorrectly to a simple question in court.
A Quote from the site below:
"This was only a district judge in a county court and therefore his judgment is not binding on any other court or judge. And I doubt many would come to his conclusions"

PERSONALLY, It won't stop me from continuing to claim back money - however I know this will scare many people off from doing so... Just the publicity the banks want :-)
1 win out of THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS!!
Pah!
